30-Day Return Window
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of its delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Prepare the Package: Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include all tags, accessories, and any free gifts that came with your order.
- Ship It Back: We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the original item, we will process a new order for the product you wish to exchange for.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost to you.
